Thu Lan Produce and Trading Liability Company Limited started as a small sewing factory established on 20-12-2004 . This is the foundation for Thu Lan's achievements today. It also marks a change ambitiously and sets out its inner strength to move forward for a hopeful future.

Thu Lan's first factory was in a private house with only 20 employees; through ups and downs, Thu Lan gradually determined its position in Vietnam's textile market. A good start helped Thu Lan gain more business partners in different locations nationwide. To ensure the delivery of the orders, the management and the workers worked hard and devoted their minds and energies to production.

The management met to decide to expand the company. They were increasingly gaining trust from business partners and wanted to seize the opportunity. The second facility, with 100 workers, was established.

Thu Lan has been making progress over the years regarding development and perfection. Starting mainly with a simple T-shirt, Thu Lan has upgraded to the production of jackets and  women's fashion clothes. Annual revenue growth. The management system is becoming more and more complete. Hundreds of jobs were created. All of this has made Tha Lan one of the most successful enterprises in Phu Yen Province. This is a significant achievement of Thu Lan, as it affirms the right strategy and the will, strength and unity of the management and the workers.

In the early 2023, the management recognized the need to expand partnerships in potential markets worldwide, so they met and presented a detailed plan for market opening, plus a call for more capital from new entrepreneurs to drive further outstanding growth for Thu Lan.

In 2024, a third facility was established at Go Dong Industrial Cluster - Hoa Xuan Dong, Dong Hoa Town, Phu Yen Province, Vietnam. The process of invoking capital was successfully carried out, with a capital of up to billions of VND. Thu Lan will now take a new step by bringing together all the different functional components under one roof to create the power of integrated synthesis. Many functional groups, facilities, and modern equipment are considered the most efficient operating facilities and open a new chapter in the company's history—sustainable growth.

Looking back at the start, Thu Lan has made impressive strides with three manufacturing facilities, employing 300 workers and operating under a scientific management system. The company is both a supplier and a subcontractor and a model business that has been rewarded for years by local authorities for its significant contributions to the community.

Thu Lan has always been concerned with the welfare of its workers and has a special focus on human resource development. Workers, both men and women, are trained, supported in career development, and spiritually cared for. Thematic trips, year-end meetings, etc., will surely become unforgettable memories. Thu Lan is seen as a large family where personal values are developed, and corporate values are valued.

In terms of time, 20 years are neither long nor short, enough to help Thu Lan firmly move forward and more incredible successes shortly. With its rapid pace of development, Thu Lan will indeed assert and conquer new heights.
